3. Photography, Video and Event Content
CARAOKE is a live entertainment experience and photography and video recording may take place during events.
CARAOKE team members, photographers, videographers, venues, event organisers and guests may capture photographs, audio and video during an event.
Content captured by or on behalf of CARAOKE may be used for legitimate promotional and editorial purposes including on the CARAOKE website, The Feel Good Family platforms, social media, promotional videos, advertisements, presentations and other digital or printed marketing materials.
Guests attending a CARAOKE event should be made aware that photography and filming may occur and that they may appear incidentally in photographs or video captured at the event.
Where reasonably practicable, anyone who does not wish to be deliberately featured in CARAOKE promotional content should notify a CARAOKE team member or the event organiser.
The person or organisation booking CARAOKE is responsible for informing their invited guests that photography and filming may occur, particularly at private functions.
CARAOKE will not knowingly photograph or record anyone in circumstances where they would reasonably expect privacy.
Additional care will be taken when intentionally featuring children or young people in promotional content.
4. Third Parties
We may use reputable third-party providers to assist with services such as website hosting, email, booking administration, payment processing, analytics, cloud storage and business operations.
Information may be provided to these services only where reasonably necessary to perform those functions.
5. Storage and Security
